Warm up

5 min cardio

3 x 12 – 15 Front leg Swing/Side Leg Swing/Body weight Squats

Circuit 3 Rounds

20 Squats *weighted for experienced

15 Kettle bell Swings

15 each Single Leg Stiff Leg Dead Lift

20 Walking Lunges


25 Minute Bike Low intensity

Cool Down

5min walk

3 x (20 Raised Leg Crunches/12 each leg Plank Leg Lift)
