Weights/calisthenics

3 x 12-15 (Leg Press Machine/Side Lunges)

Circuit 2 Rounds

20 Box Step ups (weights for experienced)

15 Single leg Squats (each leg)

20 Walking Lunges (weighted for experienced)

15 Jump Squats (land softly)

Cardio

15 minute Jog

Cool Down

5 min. walk

3 x (30 Boot taps/45 second Plank)
