Friday- Lower Body

Warm up

Cardio 5 minutes

3 x 12 (side leg swings, front leg swings, walking lunge)

Weights/Calisthenics

3 x 12-15 Reps. (Walking Lunge *Weighted for Experienced/Dead lifts/Lying Xena-Warrior-Princess-2x20-The-Price_avi_Still003Hip Lifts)

3 x 12-15 Reps. (Glute Kickback Machine/Wall Sit *45sec to 1min/Dumbbell Squats)

Extra Credit Challenge

35 minutes on the Elliptical machine – low intensity

Cool Down

5 minute walk

3 x 12-15 Reps. (Straight Leg Sit ups/30 second each side- side plank)

Stretch!
