Circuts – Lets turn it up!!!

Instructions: Continue to warm up properly before getting to the meat and potatoes of the day’s workout. Knock out the given supersets while constantly challenging your previous weights. Then lighten up your weights for the given circuit. Perform each circuit with urgency. Our cardio will lighten up for the next couple of weeks. I know, that makes me sad too. But no worries, we’ll bring that cardio back before you know it!
